3日(木)と5日(土)に嵐山ツアーを開催しました。
The topic in September was the moon and the chrysanthemum. Both are related to human life and longevity.
9月のテーマは月と菊。どちらも人間の寿命や長寿に関連する題材です。
We shared stories during the one hour and a half tour, such as the relation with the moon and the area's name, and the special ceremony held annually on Sep 9th, called chrysanthemum ceremony.
桂という地名と月の関係や、重陽の節句など、菊に関する話をふんだんに盛り込みながら、1時間半の散策を楽しみました。

Next Arashiyama Walk will focus on Japanese poems called Hyakunin-issyu while hopefully enjoying autumn view.
